Rick doesn’t just know the land — he makes it. As the man behind Ehrlich Excavating, Rick develops the lots and subdivisions that become the foundation for 11:11 Realty listings. He’s married to Sherry, and together they’ve built a legacy that’s literally reshaped parts of Dubuque.
Rick’s brother and a long-time builder in Dubuque. Steve was the head of the residential foundations crew at Ehrlich Excavating for 20 years, before launching his own construction company, Steve Ehrlich Construction L.L.C., going on 15 years now. Today, he builds many of the homes listed by 11:11 Realty — homes on lots his brother developed, sold by his sister-in-law and niece, who are a team. That’s what you call keeping it in the family.
Gary wears many hats. Not only is he an agent on the 11:11 Realty team, he also develops and builds his own subdivisions. His background as a builder makes him the kind of agent buyers love — someone who can walk through a new home and explain every detail that went into it.
